Friendly staff. Booking visits online is easy. They did excellent job detailing my Crosstour -- looked brand new! More recently, caught brake pad trouble during routine service & fixed it same day.

I have been taking my cars here for a long time. They have been honest and upfront with repairs that are necessary and repairs that can wait. I usually get repair options on my older cars (OEM parts or aftermarket).The first time I ever went there,I wanted an oil change and tune up with new plugs and wires. When I went to pick it up,they only did the oil change and said the car did not need anything else. To me,that meant I found an honest repair shop!

Best shop in the Hudson Valley. I've been driving for 44 years and this is the best I've seen.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Went in for an inspection thinking I may need a new catalytic converter based on what I was told by a Toyota dealership. Not according to North Road Auto I don't. A few LED lights needed to be replaced and it was a bigger job than usual for them because of my car, which is a 2005 Rav4, but the total for everything was something like $54. I had been away from NY for about a year and my inspection was overdue. I had some of anxiety about it because I was moving back to Brooklyn and didn't think it would be a good idea to head into the city to get it done there. I searched Google for an inspection station in Fishkill, which was along the way, and North Road Auto came up first. I'm so glad it did. Poughkeepsie is an interesting little town. I'll make the trip up next time for sure. Can't go wrong here. Not a chance.

I cannot imagine taking my cars anywhere else. John and crew are honest, knowledgeable, and affordable. I never need to doubt their assessments or walk out feeling like I've gotten ripped off. I only wish all garages (and dealerships) were this efficient!

It's great to have a mechanic I can really trust. They do a great job and also provide great customer service. I love that they will talk through what the car will need in the upcoming months and how much it might cost - that helps me budget rather than get surprised by car maintenance costs. I started going to North Road Auto about a year ago when my previous mechanic closed. North Road Auto has given me consistently good service. My car is always ready when they say it will be, their prices are reasonable and the location is very convenient. I would recommend North Road Auto without reservation.
