Excellent service!! They tell you what's wrong after a thorough evaluation. They are straight forward and do not try to surprise with any hidden charges. They keep detailed records of your car and make sure you know of any up coming services for your car. I have all my cars maintained there and will continue to do so for years to come.

I just recently moved here from TN, and I had shopped around online for a place to take my car. After settling on North Road, I brought my car in for an estimate on replacing my brakes and rotors. After inspection, John took me out in the Bay Area to not only explain, but also to show me that they really didn't need to be changed; however, they did recommend some other small things that needed to be repaired/changed. I am more than pleased with the customer service and honestly at this shop. They couldn't have been more polite or helpful. I highly recommend their services, and I know that I will most definitely be back!

John and his staff were awesome to work with. He coordinated a battery replacement with my daughter who is a college student while communicating all costs with me in another state. He made sure her oil was also changed and performed a comprehensive check on everything else. His pricing was very reasonable. Very comforting to know my daughter was so well taken care of.😀
