My ac compressor went on my fairly new Tacoma— per the dealership there is a nation wide shortage and would put me on a list. Called north road and they found the part in Texas and had it installed in a week. Great shop!

Reliable and trustworthy

I had a problem with my tire that was supposed to be fixed by a different shop. I brought it to North Road to have them look at it, for I knew the problem wasn't fixed by the initial shop. After searching with the mechanic it was fixed properly.

My 2003 Focus needed a right, front lower control arm, because the arm nearly collapsed due to rust. Because the fasteners were so badly rusted, I figured it best to have North Road auto bail me out. The quote development was very professional and he even suggested ways to save some cash, which is much appreciated. They did a fantastic job. Not only did they replace both Lower control arms, they used all new high grade fasteners and included a front end alignment. I also had them replace both front tires because they were getting worn. They did all this for less money than I expected, and they were done with the project in only one day. I highly recommend them to anybody!

Always a good experience here. Mechanics seem not only knowledgeable by honest - a big plus in today's world of dishonest people trying to profit off of other people's lack of knowledge. These guys are great to deal with.
