While North Road auto was our “go to “ repair shop for 15 years, last week our car had a malfunction that made the car Un- driveable. We had to park it at the nearest repair shop, where it sat for 4 days, seriously attempting to scam us. We finally had it towed to John at NRA, and it was repaired same day. Will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you John and team!

I have been taking my cars here since it opened and I have never had a negative experience. John and his staff are honest, friendly, and always willing to accommodate. I have never been told something can't be done, and I have even been squeezed in for relatively big jobs on Friday afternoons when I could easily have been told to come back another day. John also explains things like a teacher; he obviously takes pride in what he does. This place better never close!
