The staff at North Road Auto was great! Went in on a Monday afternoon due to having front brake issues. The crew took care of me right away. Friendly, honest and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. They take pictures of the issues and send you a report before you decide to make any repairs, which really should be standard at any auto shop. These guys do it right. Would return even though i live all the way in New Paltz. Thank you !

John and everyone at North Road Auto did an awesome job installing a tow hitch and electrical system in my 2021 Kia Seltos. John explained everything throughly and kept me well informed in the process, while his team installed the hitch and did an excellent job. Definently recommend for honest, good quality work.
