Really nice people, did an inspection on my old Hyundai.

I made an appointment online very seamlessly. Something came up where I had to change the date. The associate I spoke to on the phone was able to change it quickly. On the day of the appointment, I arrived and found out said associate didn't update the changes. But, the staff at North Road were still able to see me for my state inspection. Upon further inspection, they saw that my brake pads were close to failing. My records on the car supported that. After an hour wait (when they said it would take 90 minutes), everything was completed.

They have always been reliable and honest, all for reasonable prices!

Everyone that works there is great and prices are really good for the quality of work you get. Not to mention that my car work was done in a timely manner too! The first time I went in I was able to get squeezed in to get work done and still had my car back at the end of the day. Definitely will be returning for any future work and I’d highly recommend to anyone!

John and his staff are so professional and kind. And they know what they are doing and don’t try to manipulate you to buy something you don’t need. I keep going back to this shop and have been for years. 5 out of 5 stars! Definitely recommend 🙂

I will miss North Road Auto. I started using them while working in Poughkeepsie. Great communication. Fair prices on the work. You will know exactly what is wrong and the cost to repair. They always squeezed me in. Would highly recommend!
