Since it is Thanksgiving week and we are reflecting on what we are grateful and thankful for I can honestly put north road auto at the top of my list Many thanks for working my car issues into your busy schedule

What can I saw but a BIG THANK YOU to John, Adam, Laurie and the rest of the crew. They couldn't have been nicer and very professional. My wife and I (being out-of-towners) were in a pinch and they did everything possible to get the job done and meet our timing needs. If we were local, they would continue to get our business.

WOW! Highly recommended! Prior to a long driving trip, it was advised I ensure car was "road worthy" by getting a "Trip Check". BEST MONEY SPENT! Not only did Adam and team find serious issues, they were able to complete the work in one day. The fear of having an issue during the trip was put to ease with the efforts that were provided by North Road Auto. Overall cost, nothing compared to the expense that we could have had if we were to have broken down during the trip. Kudos to ADAM! Just stopping in for a low air sensor 3 weeks before, our trip would have not been as successful or safe without your suggestion. John, you have a great staff, if I am ever in the area again, I will pop in and say HELLO and thank you again!!

This is a fantastic auto repair shop. They do a great job of explaining and working with me to keep my car in tip-top shape. They are very good to their customers.

I just recently bought a used car and it had some issues. I initially brought my car in for my NY safety but they found some issues with my car. Adam was amazing! He helped me figure out the best option for my vehicle and my situation. I had to replace the transmission. They did the repairs for me very quickly and my car is running great. I highly recommend giving them a chance. They are an awesome business!

I was recommended a few months ago to John after my old mechanic told me that my trucks engine needed to be replaced and would cost at least $10,000. I was not hopeful at all that I would get a different response. John not only did hours of research for me in case we had no other alternative but to buy another engine, but after diagnosing the truck he came up with an alternate plan, and it worked!! The truck is running beautifully! We have since used them several times, and both John and Adam are always professional , honest, and extremely knowledgeable about any issue our cars may be having. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic!
