Absolutely fantastic service, patient and professional

John and his team were thorough, honest, and explained everything that was involved in doing my transmission replacement. I felt that I was in extremely competent hands and will recommend them to everyone.The multi-point inspection with pictures was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to get me the best transmission for my vehicle and the installation was done in the timeframe at at the cost that they had estimated. I truly feel that I am in good hands and will continue to service my car there in the future.

North Road did my vehicle inspection. I am a new customer and was a bit untrusting thinking they may try to tell me I needed windshield wipers, a bulb was out or brakes which I knew I did not need any of this work.
