This was my first time using North Road Auto and I will definitely be coming back. They provided me with an online written report with the results of their check-up, and gave me fair information about which work was critical and which was optional given what they were seeing—they even called and said that some work that we were considering wasn't necessary given their inspection. Honest, good work at a good price—what more could you ask for?

Came in on a Thursday to inquire about getting four new tires as I had just got a flat. They weren't to get me in until the following Wednesday but that was ikay because I had a solid donut and they were booked because it was the end of the month. Service was completely quickly and the staff is extremely professional and nice.
